Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sampradaya Vastra values your satisfaction and strives to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Our cancellation and refund process is designed to be simple and transparent.

Refund Policy

• Once your cancellation or return request is approved, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode within 4–8 business days after initiation.

Please note that the actual credit time may vary depending on external agencies such as banks, payment gateways, or courier partners.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective product received

• Incorrect size or style delivered

• Wrong product received

• Incomplete order

• Product received is different from website description or image

Mode of Refund

For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the same account (debit card, credit card, or net banking) used for the purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via NEFT transfer to your provided bank account details.

Note

• Refunds will only be processed once the request and supporting images are verified and approved by our team.

• Please allow 2 business days for refund initiation after verification and 4–8 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

• To help us verify your claim and process your refund promptly, please share clear images. 

Cancellation Policy

• Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: You can raise a cancel request within 24 hours of order placement by contacting us at +91 93921 26330 or emailing info@sampradayavastra.com.

Note: We currently do not accept partial cancellations. The complete order must be cancelled in one request.
