Return & Exchange Policy

At Sampradaya Vastra, we are delighted to assist you with easy returns & exchanges if the product does not fit or you wish to choose another design.

Exchange & Return Timelines

  • For exchange, raise a request within 6 hours of receiving your product.

  • To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@sampradayavastra.com with your Order ID, reason for exchange, and preferred size or style.

  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 working days of receiving your email.

Return Guidelines

  • Currently, we do not have a return pickup facility. Customers are required to dispatch the parcel themselves.

  • Please retain the courier acknowledgment receipt, as Sampradaya Vastra will not be responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the exchange or refund process will be initiated.

  • The return courier cost is to be borne by the customer, while the replacement product will be shipped by Sampradaya Vastra at no additional cost.

Exchange Conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Exchange is allowed once per order only.

  • Exchange is available for a different size or style of equal value, excluding COD or delivery charges.

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit equal to the product value (less shipping or COD charges) will be issued, valid for 30 days.

  • Customized garments, or items made as per personal measurements, are not eligible for exchange.

Partial Exchange Conditions

  • You may exchange a part of your order if the items meet the eligibility criteria above.

  • Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Garments purchased during a Sale or at a discounted price.

  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or missing tags.

  • Customized or made-to-measure pieces.
